Shruti connects with Mallika’s item song in Osthi:
That Shruti Haasan is an accomplished musician and singer is well
known to all. She has sung a number of songs and the latest will be
for the Silambarasan starrer Osthi. Interestingly, she will render the
item song for which the sexy siren Mallika Sherawat has been roped
in to shake her leg.
Osthi’s music director Thaman decided that Shruti would be an
excellent choice for this song and she had agreed to do it.
This item number is the most expected thing in Osthi because a
similar item song turned out to be the highlight in the original
version Dabangg.
